OGAE UK's annual Eurovision fan convention welcomes Eurovision

winners, national representatives and fans for a day of music, friendship

and everything Eurovision.

GLASGOW, SCOTLAND

Over 250 Eurovision fans from across the UK and beyond will come together in Glasgow

this year for Eurobash - OGAE UK's annual Eurovision fan convention.

First launched in 2006, Eurobash has spent two decades bringing Eurovision fans together

for a unique celebration of the world's biggest song contest. Over the years, the event has

travelled to cities including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool and

Glasgow, creating a community where lifelong friendships have been formed alongside

unforgettable Eurovision memories.

Now firmly established as a highlight of the Eurovision fan calendar, Eurobash offers a full

day of entertainment designed to appeal to everyone from the casual Eurovision viewer to

the most dedicated superfan.

This year's event will once again combine live music, Eurovision personalities, interactive

entertainment and plenty of opportunities for fans to celebrate their shared love of the

contest.

EUROVISION STARS TAKE TO THE EUROBASH STAGE

EIMEAR QUINN

Irish Eurovision winner Eimear Quinn will be among this year's special guests.

Eimear represented Ireland at the 1996 Eurovision Song Contest with The Voice, taking

victory with her distinctive soprano vocals. She has since enjoyed an acclaimed international

career and remains one of the most celebrated voices associated with Ireland's Eurovision

history.

PASHA PARFENI

Representing Moldova, Pasha Parfeni will also join the Eurobash celebrations.Pasha is a two-time Eurovision representative, having performed for Moldova with Lăutar in

2012 and Soarele și Luna in 2023. Known for combining contemporary pop with traditional

influences, Pasha has become a distinctive and recognisable figure within the Eurovision

community.

SIBEL TÜZÜN

Turkish Eurovision star Sibel Tüzün will be joining the event as she celebrates 20 years

since representing Türkiye at Eurovision.

Sibel represented Türkiye at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest in Athens with her

self-penned song Superstar, finishing 11th in the Grand Final.

A successful singer, songwriter and composer with a career spanning decades, Sibel has

enjoyed major success on the Turkish music scene and brings her distinctive pop, rock and

jazz influences to Eurobash.

DAVID BRYAN

The line-up is completed by David Bryan, originally from Newton Aycliffe in the North East

of England.

David was the lead vocalist of Hotel FM, who won Romania's national selection and

represented the country at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2011. Since Eurovision, David

has continued his professional performing career, appearing on stages around the UK and

internationally, including an appearance on The Voice of Vietnam.

MORE THAN JUST A EUROVISION CONVENTION

Eurobash is about much more than watching Eurovision.

Throughout the day, fans can take part in a Eurovision quiz, enjoy a video vote and hear

from Eurovision stars during panel discussions. Live performances, the ever-popular disco

and Eurostars - Eurobash's very own tribute to Stars in Their Eyes - are also part of the

experience.

For those travelling to Glasgow for the weekend, Eurobash traditionally gets underway with a

Friday night pre-party, giving fans the opportunity to meet fellow attendees and start the

celebrations early.

And while the entertainment is at the heart of the event, the friendships created at Eurobash

are just as important.

From first-time attendees to fans who have returned year after year, the convention has built

a strong community around a shared passion for Eurovision.
